Superbills for PPO reimbursement
You receive a detailed superbill after every visit to submit to your insurer. Most PPO plans reimburse 50-80%, depending on your out-of-network benefits and deductible.

How paying for a visit works
We are out-of-network by design, which is what makes prolonged visits and same or next day access possible. You pay per visit, with no monthly or annual membership. You receive a detailed superbill, and most PPO plans reimburse 50–80%, depending on your out-of-network benefits and deductible.
First visit
A 60-minute consultation to review your symptoms, medical history, and previous records or imaging, and agree on the next steps.
Follow-up visit
Review test results, discuss medication or symptom changes, and adjust your care plan with Dr. Ntranos.

Where your specialized tests are sent
Routine bloodwork can be drawn anywhere. When specialized testing is needed, we send samples to laboratories including Mayo Clinic Laboratories, Washington University, and Therapath. Dr. Ntranos reviews the results with you and explains what they mean for your next steps.
