Dr. Ntranos trained in neuroimmunology research at Johns Hopkins, then in neurology at Mount Sinai, where he was chief resident and completed a fellowship in multiple sclerosis. He brings that experience to the symptoms, records, and questions you bring to each visit.

Billing
No surprises about cost
Concierge neurology is not about exclusivity. It is about time. You pay one fee per visit, with no membership. Your tests, scans and medications can still go through your insurance, and after each visit you get a superbill, an itemized receipt for your insurer. Most PPO plans reimburse 50–80%, depending on out-of-network benefits and deductible.
First visit
A 60-minute consultation to review your symptoms, medical history, and previous records or imaging, and agree on the next steps.
Follow-up visit
A visit usually every one to three months to review test results, discuss medication or symptom changes, and adjust your care plan with Dr. Ntranos.

Where your specialized tests are sent
Routine bloodwork can be drawn anywhere. When specialized testing is needed, we send samples to laboratories including Mayo Clinic Laboratories, Washington University, and Therapath. Dr. Ntranos reviews the results with you and explains what they mean for your next steps.
