Care paths

Where should you start?

Two doors into the same promise: a neurologist with the time to actually think about you.

General Neurology

Neurological evaluation

Start with a general neurological evaluation. Headaches and migraine, numbness and neuropathy, dizziness, memory and brain fog, dysautonomia, sleep problems, or a scan result nobody has explained. A full hour to sort it out.

Explore neurology All conditions

Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis

A suspicious MRI, white matter spots, a new diagnosis, a relapse, or a therapy that needs a second look. Fellowship-trained MS care without the months-long wait.

Explore MS care How MS is diagnosed

How it works

Three steps. No phone trees.

Concierge means the burden of getting care moves from you to us, starting with how you book.

  2. An unhurried visit

Your story, uninterrupted. A careful neurological exam. A plain-language walk-through of what we are considering, what to rule out, and what to do next.

  3. A plan, and a way to reach us

E-prescriptions the same day, imaging and labs coordinated, and direct messaging with Dr. Ntranos between visits for follow-up questions.

The difference

Why patients switch to us

Longer visits. Deeper understanding. Clearer answers.

200+ five-star reviews

Google and Zocdoc reviews cite unrushed visits, clear explanations, and finally feeling heard.

No referral, no prior auth

Fee-for-service means you book when you need care, not when insurance allows it.

50-80% PPO reimbursement

A detailed superbill after every visit, ready to submit. Most PPO plans reimburse 50-80%, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Imaging and testing coordinated

MRI, EEG, and nerve studies at top facilities across California. Reviewed with you at your next visit, not left in a portal.

Direct messaging between visits

Follow-up questions go straight to Dr. Ntranos, not a front-desk voicemail. Prescriptions reach your pharmacy the same day we agree on a plan. No faxes, no chasing.

Your insurance still covers the rest

Only the visit is fee-for-service. Prescriptions, MRIs, labs, and infusions are still billed through your own plan, exactly as they were before.

A closer look at the wrist can help explain hand symptoms. Explore the illustration alongside our guide to carpal tunnel syndrome.

Anatomy at a glanceThe wrist and hand

Inside the carpal tunnel

A nerve and finger tendons share a narrow passage at the wrist.

  1. Ligament roof

A strong band of tissue forms the roof. Wrist bones form the floor and sides of the tunnel.

  2. Median nerve

Pressure on this nerve can cause tingling, numbness, or weakness in the hand.

  3. Flexor tendons

Nine tendons pass through the tunnel alongside the nerve. They help bend the fingers and thumb.

Pressure at the wrist can cause symptoms in the hand.
