Dr. Achillefs Ntranos, MD
Board-Certified Neurologist, MS Specialist & Founder
Dr. Ntranos trained in neurology and multiple sclerosis at Mount Sinai, where he served as Chief Resident, and in neuroimmunology research at Johns Hopkins. He brings that experience to the symptoms, records, and questions you bring to each visit.
“Neurology lives in the details. I built this practice to give those details the time and attention they deserve. Every visit is designed for careful listening, a thorough examination, and clear explanations, so you can get answers about your brain and nervous system without waiting months.”Meet Dr. Ntranos →

Care paths
Where should you start?
Neurological evaluation
Start with a general neurological evaluation. Headaches and migraine, numbness and neuropathy, dizziness, memory and brain fog, dysautonomia, sleep problems, or a scan result nobody has explained. A full hour to sort it out.
Explore neurology care →Multiple Sclerosis
A suspicious MRI, white matter spots, a new diagnosis, a relapse, or a therapy that needs a second look. Fellowship-trained MS care without the months-long wait.

Google and Zocdoc reviews cite unrushed visits, clear explanations, and finally feeling heard.
No referral, no prior auth
Fee-for-service means you book when you need care, not when insurance allows it.
50-80% PPO reimbursement
A detailed superbill after every visit, ready to submit. Most PPO plans reimburse 50-80%, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Imaging and testing coordinated
MRI, EEG, and nerve studies at top facilities across California. Reviewed with you at your next visit, not left in a portal.
Direct messaging between visits
Follow-up questions go straight to Dr. Ntranos, not a front-desk voicemail. Prescriptions reach your pharmacy the same day we agree on a plan. No faxes, no chasing.
Your insurance still covers the rest
Only the visit is fee-for-service. Prescriptions, MRIs, labs, and infusions are still billed through your own plan, exactly as they were before.
