Testing and diagnostics
Skin biopsy in the office, cognitive and sleep testing from home, and the tests we arrange elsewhere.
Small Fiber Skin Biopsy
In-office skin punch biopsy that counts the small nerve fibers standard nerve tests miss.
Neuropsychological Testing
Computerized cognitive testing done from home and read by a neurologist; full neuropsychology referred when needed.
Home Sleep Study
Three-night at-home sleep apnea testing with no overnight lab visit, results in one to two weeks.
Lumbar Puncture
Fluoroscopy-guided spinal tap, arranged at a partner imaging facility and interpreted by us, for MS and other workups.

Genetic testing for inherited causes of neuropathy, ataxia, muscle disease and early dementia.
