No surprises about cost
Concierge neurology is not about exclusivity. It is about time. You pay one fee per visit, and after each visit you get a superbill, an itemized receipt for your insurer. Most PPO plans reimburse 50–80%, depending on out-of-network benefits and deductible.

Local care
Getting to the Wilshire Boulevard office
The office is at 11620 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 600, in West Los Angeles, at Barry Avenue. By car, take exit 55B or 55C from the 405; the building has its own parking, entered from Barry Avenue, not validated. By bus, the 720 stops at Wilshire and Barrington and route 2 at Wilshire and Federal. Appointments run Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm, after-hours by arrangement, no walk-ins. It is the same practice and the same neurologist as Beverly Hills, with the same 60-minute first visit at either office, so choose the easier drive. Many follow-ups can then be by video, with tests arranged near you.
