Most PPO plans reimburse 50–80%, depending on out-of-network benefits and deductible. Testing and medications can still go through your insurance, following your plan's requirements.

Your tests, scans and medications can still go through your insurance, and after each visit you get a superbill, an itemized receipt for your insurer. Most PPO plans reimburse 50–80%, depending on out-of-network benefits and deductible.
First visit
A 60-minute consultation to review your symptoms, medical history, and previous records or imaging, and agree on the next steps.
Follow-up visit
A visit usually every one to three months to review test results, discuss medication or symptom changes, and adjust your care plan with Dr. Ntranos.

If imaging or labs are needed, they can be arranged near you. You continue with the same neurologist for follow-up care. When a hands-on examination or in-person testing is needed, we explain why and help coordinate the next step.
