What happens next

Three steps, one business day

  1. Send the referral

Fax, email, or call with the clinical question, relevant notes, imaging reports, and the patient's contact details. Or leave your details below and we call you to take it.

  2. We review it within one business day

Urgent cases, including a new abnormal MRI or a suspected relapse, are prioritized and we call you directly if anything needs clarifying.

  3. We schedule and report back

We contact your patient to book, usually for the same or next day, confirm the appointment with your office, and send a consultation note with the reasoning and the plan after the visit.

What to include

  • Patient name, date of birth, and a phone number they answer
  • The clinical question you would like answered
  • Relevant clinic notes and medication list
  • Imaging reports, and where the images can be obtained
  • Recent laboratory results, if any
  • How urgently the patient should be seen

Billing, for your patient

The practice is out-of-network and fee-for-service. Payment is collected securely online before your visit. Your patient receives a superbill; most PPO plans reimburse 50-80%, depending on out-of-network benefits. Imaging, labs, medications, and infusions ordered from the visit are billed under the patient's own plan as usual. No prior authorization is needed for the consultation itself.
