Your MS medications, MRIs and infusions can still go through your insurance, subject to your plan, and we handle the prior authorizations. For the visit itself you pay one fee and get a superbill, an itemized receipt for your insurer. Most PPO plans reimburse 50–80%, depending on out-of-network benefits and deductible. Concierge neurology is not about exclusivity. It is about time.

You are more than your MRI
A visit that only counts lesions can miss slow change. We also time your walking and hand function, repeat blood biomarkers and check memory and thinking yearly, so a change shows up while it is still small.
Timed 25-Foot Walk
A short, timed walking test to track your walking speed over time.
Nine-Hole Peg Test
A timed task with each hand to track dexterity, the skills used for typing and fastening buttons.
Creyos cognitive assessment
Computerized tasks for memory, attention, reasoning and processing speed, with mood, anxiety and sleep questionnaires. About 60 minutes, from home on your own computer.

Both are fully trained neurologists. An MS specialist has added a fellowship, a year or two spent only on MS and its mimics. What that changes:
