MS expertise, with time and support
See an MS specialist sooner
Appointments are usually available the same or next day for an abnormal MRI, new symptoms, or a treatment review. Dr. Ntranos reviews your concerns with you and explains the next steps, including any testing you need.
Understand your treatment options
Review your current treatment or get a second opinion. Dr. Ntranos explains the benefits and risks of disease-modifying therapies and discusses which options fit your situation. We handle prior authorizations and coordinate with infusion centers when needed.
Make room for everyday concerns
Fatigue, memory and concentration, mood, sleep, diet, exercise and work all deserve time in the conversation. Discuss the concerns affecting your daily life alongside your MS treatment and MRI results.
The same doctor at every visit
You see Dr. Ntranos at each appointment and can message him directly between visits about symptom changes, medication questions, and your care plan. MS needs a decades-long relationship, not an annual checkbox.
Tracking changes over time
Following how you are doing in daily life
A visit that only counts lesions cannot see the full picture of your MS. Here, we also time your walking and hand function, and follow molecular biomarkers and cognitive metrics alongside your symptoms and MRI results. These measurements help us identify changes over time and act on them while they are small.
Timed 25-Foot Walk
A short, timed walking test to track your walking speed over time.
Nine-Hole Peg Test
A timed task using each hand to track dexterity, the hand skills used for tasks such as typing and fastening buttons.
Creyos cognitive assessment
Computerized tasks assessing memory, attention, reasoning, planning, and processing speed, with questionnaires about mood, anxiety, and sleep. The assessment takes about 30 minutes and can be completed from home on your own computer.
We record baseline measurements at your first evaluation, repeat biomarkers, walking and hand tests at follow-up visits, and reassess cognition yearly. We will explain which assessments need an in-person visit. What to expect at your MS evaluation.

Local care
Specialist MS care in Los Angeles, without the wait
New and newly worried MS patients are usually seen the same or next day, in Beverly Hills, in West Los Angeles, or by video anywhere in California. A suspicious MRI, a possible relapse, or a therapy that is not holding is reviewed this week, not next quarter.
A new-patient visit is a full hour with Dr. Ntranos, and follow-ups run 30 to 45 minutes. That is enough time to go through your MRI with you scan by scan, review your history and records properly, and leave with a written plan. Your imaging, infusions, and disease-modifying therapies keep running through your insurance, and we handle the prior authorizations that come with them.
Dr. Ntranos trained in multiple sclerosis and demyelinating disease at Johns Hopkins and Mount Sinai, served as chief resident, and has published peer-reviewed MS research. MS treatment has changed a great deal in the last decade, and he follows that evidence closely, so the therapy you choose together is one you will be comfortable living with for years.
